Meet the Industrial Sales Team Product Specialist

In the Petrochemical and Refined Fuels market segment, that knowledge and support is provided by Adam Ebbeler. Adam has been a part of the GEC family since 2009. He originally started as a Customer Service Representative in the Inside Sales department at the GEC Houston branch. Shortly thereafter he joined the Petrochemical and Refined Fuels team and entered the role of Product Specialist. Adam's responsibilities in his current position include a wide range of tasks. These include putting together quotes for pump and compressor units, monitoring the status of orders, preparing work orders, and tracking shipments. In addition to his regular job duties, he has also played a key role in the training and development of current Industrial Sales Representatives Jack Walsh, Cole Smith, as well as the newest addition to the Inside Sales team, Tony Noland.

Before joining the GEC family, Adam already had plenty of experience in sales. He previously worked in Outside Sales for one of the largest first-aid supply distribution companies, where he enhanced his skills in selling products and delivering exceptional customer service. He also sold safety solutions to the construction industry, working closely with engineers and OSHA. This background better prepared him with the expertise and knowledge to provide great customer service at GEC and flourish in his current role.
Adam's combination of sales experience and dedication have made him a perfect fit for the Industrial Sales team. His proactive approach and willingness to go the extra mile have set a great example for his fellow coworkers. He has not only contributed to the team's growth and development but has also ensured that customer service remains a top priority along the way.
